On April 2, 2024, Mr. Humayun had the privilege of visiting the Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital (SKMCH) for a tour of the facility and a meeting with Dr. Faisal Sultan and members of his leadership team, including Mr. Nadeem Hashmi and Mr. Muhammad Amer.
Mr. Nadeem guided the tour, showcasing the capabilities of SKMCH and providing insights into its philanthropic ethos, where approximately 70% of patients from underprivileged backgrounds receive treatment free of cost.
Dr. Faisal shared the hospital’s vision and outlined their plans to visit Malaysia in September 2024 to network with the broader international community. Mr. Humayun expressed his support for these initiatives and pledged to share the plans with the Malaysia Pakistan Business Council (MPBC) Executive Committee and the broader community to ensure the success of the SKMCH networking event.
